IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY. This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“Licensee,” “you,” or “Customer”) and Self Care Hustler (“Creator,” “we,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the digital products, templates, files, graphics, copy, audio, video, source files, and other materials (collectively, the “Assets”) available through selfcarehustler.com (“Website”). By downloading, accessing, or using any Assets you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Assets: All digital files, templates, resources, documentation, and delivery packages provided by the Creator (free or paid).
PLR / MRR / Resell Rights: As defined on the individual product page or inside the Asset package. Specific rights granted may vary per Asset and are described in the product’s license metadata.
End-User: Any person or entity who receives a copy of a product you distribute.
Free Assets: Provided at no cost; may include limited rights and may not include PLR or resell permissions unless explicitly stated.
Paid Assets: Premium Assets purchased from the Creator; license terms for paid Assets are described at the product level (each product may carry one of: Personal Use, Commercial Use, PLR, MRR, or Master Resell Rights).
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and any product-specific terms provided with an Asset, the Creator grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the Assets as permitted by the specific license granted with each Asset. Where an Asset carries PLR (Private Label Rights) or Master Resell Rights, you may rebrand, modify, and resell the Asset as your own in accordance with the restrictions and requirements included with that Asset.
Important: The exact rights (Personal, Commercial, PLR, MRR, Master Resell) vary by Asset. Always check the license metadata or the product page for an Asset-specific grant and any additional conditions.
Unless an Asset’s product page or license file expressly restricts these actions, you may:
Rebrand, edit, and customize the Asset for your own use and for sale.
Resell the Asset or derivative works (if PLR/MRR/master resell rights are provided).
Use Assets in client projects, courses, membership sites, software, or physical products you sell (subject to the license terms).
Use the Assets in unlimited projects and for unlimited clients (if permitted by the Asset’s license).
Unless otherwise and explicitly permitted in writing, you may not:
Claim exclusive copyright or ownership of the underlying Asset (Creator retains all original IP).
Resell or redistribute the Asset in a manner that allows buyers to extract the original source files as-is if that is prohibited by the Asset’s license.
Remove or alter the Creator’s copyright, trademark, or attribution notices where the Asset’s package requires retention.
Use the Asset in pornographic, defamatory, illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or unlawful content, or in any content that infringes third-party rights.
Use the Asset to create a competing product that replicates the core product offering of the Creator in a way that would cause direct market confusion, if so restricted in the Asset-specific license.
Transfer your license to a third party (unless the Asset’s license expressly allows assignment).
If an Asset includes a “No Resale” or “Restricted” notice, you must comply with that restriction.
All moral rights, copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the original Assets remain the property of Self Care Hustler. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of Self Care Hustler’s intellectual property to you; it only grants the limited rights expressly set forth in Section 3 and any product-specific license file.
Attribution is not required unless the Asset’s license or product metadata expressly requires it. If attribution is required, the product page or license file will specify the exact wording and placement.
Access to Paid Assets is subject to payment of the Creator’s listed fee at the time of purchase. Refunds, if any, are governed by the Creator’s refund policy (see Section 11). Access rights for paid Assets begin after successful payment and delivery.
Creator may update Assets and their license terms for future releases. Updates to previously purchased Assets will be provided only if stated on the product page or in the membership terms. Self Care Hustler is not obliged to provide ongoing maintenance or updates unless expressly stated.
This Agreement remains in effect while you retain any Assets. Self Care Hustler may terminate this Agreement or revoke your license if you materially breach any term and fail to cure within 14 days of written notice. On termination, you must stop using and destroy or permanently delete any licensed Assets if the termination is due to breach. Termination does not affect any resale rights already granted to bona fide purchasers in good faith prior to termination, except where an Asset’s license expressly states otherwise.
Refunds for digital products are handled according to Self Care Hustler’s Refund Policy posted on the Website. Unless otherwise stated, digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. If you have a problem with delivery or a defective file, contact support@selfcarehustler.com for assistance.
Assets are provided “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Self Care Hustler disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and accuracy of content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Self Care Hustler (and its officers, agents, affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to this Agreement or use of the Assets, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Self Care Hustler’s total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Assets shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific Asset (or, if the Asset was free, $50 USD).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Self Care Hustler and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your use of the Assets, your distribution of derivative works, or any claim that your use of the Assets violates applicable law or third-party rights.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations when using or distributing the Assets. You will not transfer the Assets to any jurisdiction or person where such transfer would be prohibited.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any legal action relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Self Care Hustler with respect to the Assets and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.
Self Care Hustler reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Website with an updated “Last update” date. Your continued use of Assets after such posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement as of the posted “Last update” date.
