License Agreement

Purpose of This License

Purchasing or accessing a Self Care Hustler digital asset gives you a limited license to use that asset according to this Agreement. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of Self Care Hustler intellectual property, original source material, trademarks, or copyrights to you.

This Agreement applies to products purchased individually and resources accessed through The Vault or another Self Care Hustler membership, unless a specific product includes separate written license terms.

Definitions

• Assets means templates, graphics, quote collections, captions, workbooks, planners, guides, prompts, downloads, editable files, and other digital resources provided by Self Care Hustler.
• The Vault means the Self Care Hustler digital-resource membership and its associated member library.
• Licensee means the customer, purchaser, or registered member who legally obtained access to an Asset.
• End Product means content or a finished product created by the Licensee using an Asset in accordance with this Agreement.
• Original or Source File means the Asset as supplied by Self Care Hustler, including editable Canva links, spreadsheets, documents, ZIP files, PDFs, images, and downloadable files.

Your License

Unless an individual product states otherwise, Self Care Hustler grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to customize and use eligible Assets for personal and commercial end use.

The license is granted only to the individual or business that purchased the product or holds the registered Vault account. It may not be shared, transferred, assigned, sublicensed, or extended to another person or business.

Commercial Use

Commercial use means using an eligible Asset to support, market, or create content for your own business or brand.

You may use customized Assets in social-media posts, website content, lead magnets, marketing campaigns, client-facing materials, branded documents, and other finished business content, provided that customers cannot extract, download, edit, or access the original Asset.

Meaningful customization

When an Asset is used within a product offered to your customers, it must be incorporated into a finished End Product and meaningfully customized. Changing only a color, title, font, or logo may not be sufficient when the underlying Self Care Hustler content remains substantially unchanged and downloadable.

You may not purchase or download an Asset and immediately resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the same content as a standalone digital product.

Social-Media Content

Ready-to-post quotes, captions, graphics, and similar content may be published on social-media accounts owned or managed by the Licensee. You may add branding, captions, images, and other design elements before publishing.

Published social-media posts may be viewed, shared, saved, or reposted by your audience through the normal functions of the social platform. This does not give you permission to distribute the original editable files or source collections.

Client Work

You may use eligible Assets to create finished work for a client as part of your design, content, marketing, or brand service.

The client may receive the completed End Product, but may not receive access to The Vault, the original Asset collection, bulk files, editable source files, or reusable Self Care Hustler templates unless the client separately purchases the appropriate license.

Your license does not become your client’s independent license.

The Vault Membership

Vault access is intended exclusively for the registered account holder. Membership credentials, download links, Canva links, files, and membership-only content may not be shared with another person, contractor, customer, team member, or business.

Each separate user or business requiring direct access must obtain its own membership or license.

Excessive downloading, account sharing, unauthorized distribution, scraping, copying of the library, or other activity that reasonably indicates misuse may result in suspended or revoked access without a refund.

PLR, MRR and Resale Rights

Self Care Hustler Assets do not automatically include Private Label Rights, Master Resell Rights, resale rights, or redistribution rights.

These rights apply only when they are expressly stated in the individual product description or in written license terms included with that specific product.

The absence of a resale statement means that resale, redistribution, sublicensing, and sharing of the Asset are not permitted.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use any Self Care Hustler Asset to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Create unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory material.
• Misrepresent the origin, ownership, authorship, or license of an Asset.
• Register an Asset, design, phrase, or substantially similar material as your trademark.
• Submit an Asset for copyright registration as your original creation.
• Train, develop, populate, or improve an artificial-intelligence model or dataset.
• Place original Assets on file-sharing, stock-content, template, or download platforms.
• Use an Asset in a way that competes directly with Self Care Hustler or The Vault.

Intellectual Property

Self Care Hustler retains all rights, title, and interest in its original branding, trademarks, website content, product collections, templates, graphics, written content, product organization, and other intellectual property.

“Self Care Hustler,” “The Vault,” associated logos, brand elements, and original product materials may not be copied, registered, reproduced, or used in a way that suggests affiliation, ownership, sponsorship, or endorsement without written permission.

No ownership rights are transferred through purchase, membership, download, access, or customization.

Third-Party Elements

Some Assets may contain or recommend fonts, photographs, illustrations, applications, software, or other materials owned by third parties.

Third-party elements remain subject to their own license terms. You are responsible for obtaining any additional license, subscription, or permission required for your intended use.

Access to a Canva template does not include Canva Pro, premium stock content, premium fonts, or any other paid third-party service unless specifically stated.

Refunds and Digital Access

Because digital products and membership resources are delivered or made accessible electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where otherwise required by law.

Refund requests are handled according to the Self Care Hustler Refund Policy .

Termination

Self Care Hustler may suspend or terminate a license or membership account when it reasonably believes this Agreement has been violated.

Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing the affected Assets and delete restricted files when requested. Termination does not remove obligations or liabilities arising from activity that occurred before termination.

No Guarantee of Results

Assets are provided for educational, informational, creative, and business-support purposes. Self Care Hustler does not guarantee sales, revenue, audience growth, engagement, business success, or any other specific result.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and determining whether an Asset is suitable for your business, customers, audience, platform, and intended use.

Disclaimer and Liability

Assets are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Self Care Hustler is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business-related losses arising from the purchase, access, inability to access, customization, or use of an Asset.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability relating to a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or membership giving rise to that claim.

Updates to This Agreement

Self Care Hustler may revise this License Agreement to reflect changes to its products, membership, services, business practices, or legal obligations.

The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Assets after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Relationship to Other Policies

This License Agreement should be read together with the Self Care Hustler Terms and Conditions , Privacy Policy , and Refund Policy .

When an individual product includes specific written licensing instructions, those product-specific instructions control only for that product. All remaining provisions of this Agreement continue to apply.
