License Agreement

This License Agreement explains how digital products, templates, content, and resources purchased or accessed through Self Care Hustler may be used.
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any products, memberships, templates, graphics, or digital resources from SelfCareHustler.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Definitions
For the purpose of this Agreement:
• “Assets” refers to all digital products, templates, graphics, files, downloads, guides, workbooks, memberships, and resources provided by Self Care Hustler
• “PLR” refers to Private Label Rights
• “MRR” refers to Master Resell Rights
• “Licensee” refers to the customer, purchaser, member, or user accessing the Assets
License Rights
License permissions vary depending on the specific product or membership.
Individual products may include:
• Personal Use Rights
• Commercial Use Rights
• PLR Rights
• MRR Rights
• Resell Permissions
• Restricted or No Resale Rights
Always review the individual product description, download page, or included license notes for the exact rights associated with each Asset.
Permitted Uses
Unless otherwise restricted, you may:
• Edit and customize Assets
• Rebrand eligible products for your own business
• Use Assets for personal or commercial projects
• Use Assets within client work
• Use Assets in memberships, courses, products, or content
• Resell or redistribute Assets only when resale rights are explicitly granted
• Create derivative works where permitted
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
• Claim original copyright ownership of Self Care Hustler Assets
• Redistribute restricted products without permission
• Share, leak, or distribute membership-only content outside authorized access
• Sell or distribute Assets marked “No Resale”
• Use Assets in illegal, hateful, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful content
• Remove required copyright or attribution notices
• Transfer your license rights unless specifically permitted
Intellectual Property
All original branding, copyrights, trademarks, graphics, content, and intellectual property remain the property of Self Care Hustler.
Purchasing or downloading an Asset grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of the original intellectual property.
Membership & Digital Access
Vault memberships and digital access products are intended for the registered account holder only.
Unauthorized sharing, account abuse, redistribution, or misuse of membership content may result in revoked access without refund.
Payments & Refunds
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Due to the digital nature of our products, digital downloads and memberships are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refund requests are handled according to the Self Care Hustler Refund Policy.
Updates & Product Changes
Self Care Hustler may update products, memberships, resources, or license terms at any time.
Future updates, additions, or ongoing content releases are only included when specifically stated within the product or membership offer.
Termination
Self Care Hustler reserves the right to revoke access or terminate licenses if these terms are violated.
Upon termination, you must discontinue use of affected Assets and remove or delete restricted materials where required.
Warranty Disclaimer
All Assets are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.
Self Care Hustler makes no guarantees regarding:
• Business results
• Income generation
• Performance outcomes
• Compatibility with third-party platforms
• Continuous availability of services or files
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Self Care Hustler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of any Assets, memberships, or digital products.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or membership involved.
Policy Updates
Self Care Hustler reserves the right to modify or update this License Agreement at any time without prior notice.
Changes will be reflected on this page along with the updated effective date.
