Accounts & Memberships

When you register for an account or join The Vault, we may collect and process information needed to establish and administer your membership, including your contact information, username, membership level, registration date, access permissions, account activity, renewal status, cancellation status, and related communications.

We use WooCommerce and Paid Memberships Pro to support customer accounts, orders, membership levels, checkout activity, access controls, and membership communications.

WP Fusion may be used to connect account, registration, purchase, or membership information with our email and customer-management systems. This may include assigning contact lists or tags based on actions such as registration, subscription, purchase, or membership status.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for notifying us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Section 05

Orders & Payments

When you purchase a product or membership, we may collect information such as your name, email address, billing address, items purchased, order amount, discount information, payment status, transaction identifier, and order history.

Payments are processed through the payment options presented during checkout. Payment providers may collect and process your card, banking, billing, authentication, and transaction information under their own privacy policies and security practices.

Self Care Hustler generally receives confirmation of your payment, payment status, transaction details, and limited billing information needed to complete and document the order. We do not intentionally store your complete payment-card number on our website.

We may retain purchase and transaction records as necessary for accounting, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and enforcement of our digital-product licenses.

Section 06

Email Communications

We use Brevo and connected website tools to manage email subscribers, customer communications, membership messages, and marketing campaigns.

Information transferred to or processed through our email system may include your name, email address, subscription status, applicable contact lists or tags, membership status, purchase-related information, form submissions, and email-engagement information.

Transactional emails

We may send emails necessary to provide a product, account, or membership service. These may include order confirmations, download information, account notices, password messages, membership updates, billing notices, renewal notices, cancellation confirmations, failed payment notices, and security communications.

Marketing emails

When you subscribe or otherwise consent to receive marketing communications, we may send newsletters, educational resources, product announcements, membership information, special offers, and promotional content.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in the email. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not necessarily stop transactional or administrative messages connected to an active account, purchase, or membership.

Section 07

Comments & Social Login

Our website may use wpDiscuz or similar WordPress tools to provide comment and discussion features.

When you submit a comment, reply, or review, we may collect your name, email address, comment content, website address if provided, IP address, browser information, submission date, moderation status, and other technical information used to display, manage, moderate, secure, and prevent spam within the discussion area.

Information you post publicly may be visible to other website visitors. Please do not place confidential, financial, health, or other sensitive personal information in a public comment.

Facebook or social login

When a social-login option is available and you choose to use it, the applicable social platform may provide limited account information to us. Depending on your platform settings and the permissions requested, this may include your name, email address, social-platform user identifier, and profile image.

We use this information to authenticate your login, connect your social identity to the applicable website account or comment profile, prevent abuse, and provide the feature you requested. We do not receive your social-platform password.

Your use of a social-login feature is also governed by the privacy terms and settings of the social platform you use.

Section 08

Cookies & Analytics

Cookies are small files or identifiers stored on or accessed through your browser or device. We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies.

These technologies may be used for:

  • Essential website functionality and security
  • Account login and authentication
  • Membership access and session management
  • Shopping-cart and checkout functionality
  • Saving comment and website preferences
  • Preventing fraud, abuse, and spam
  • Measuring traffic and website performance
  • Understanding how visitors interact with pages and content
  • Evaluating campaigns, referrals, and marketing performance
  • Personalizing content or advertising when those tools are enabled

Some cookies are necessary for the website to function. Other cookies may depend on your choices, browser settings, or consent settings available on the website.

You can usually control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may prevent account, cart, checkout, membership, commenting, or other website features from working properly.

Section 09

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Certain privacy laws may define some advertising, analytics, or data-sharing activities more broadly than an ordinary sale. Where applicable, you may have the right to opt out of those activities.

External links and embedded content

The website may contain links to or embedded content from other websites and platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Canva, video platforms, and other third-party resources. We do not control the privacy practices of external services. Review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

Section 10

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain accounts and memberships, deliver purchased products, comply with legal requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and protect our business.

  • Comments may remain available as part of the website discussion record unless removed or anonymized
  • Support messages may be retained as needed to document and resolve your request
  • Security and technical logs may be retained for fraud prevention, diagnostics, and website protection

We may retain limited information after a deletion request when it is required or permitted for legal compliance, financial recordkeeping, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.

Section 11

Information Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no website, email transmission, payment system, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You provide information and use online services at your own risk.

If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact us promptly at support@selfcarehustler.com.

Digital-product protection

We may review account, download, order, access, and technical records to identify unauthorized account sharing, redistribution, copying, misuse, fraud, or violations of our digital-product and membership terms.

  • Opt out of certain targeted advertising, sharing, or sales as defined by applicable law
  • Appeal a denied privacy request when applicable law provides that right
  • Exercise your rights without unlawful discrimination

We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request. We may also ask for additional information needed to locate the relevant account or records.

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require evidence of the agent’s authority and verification of your identity.

Section 13

Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of your account or personal information, email support@selfcarehustler.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Include the email address associated with your account, membership, purchase, comment profile, or email subscription and briefly describe the information you would like deleted.

After verifying the request, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize eligible information. We may retain information that is required or permitted for accounting, taxes, fraud prevention, security, chargebacks, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or enforcement of our agreements.

Facebook data deletion instructions

If you used Facebook to sign in, authenticate, or comment and would like information connected to that login deleted, email support@selfcarehustler.com with the subject line Facebook Data Deletion Request.

Include the email address connected to your Self Care Hustler or Facebook login. Following verification, we will delete or disconnect eligible Facebook-login information associated with your website account or comment profile within a reasonable period, subject to information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.

Removing information from Self Care Hustler does not automatically delete information held independently by Facebook or another social platform. You must use that platform’s account and privacy settings to manage information it maintains.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through our website, contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our website, services, technology, or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the website after an updated policy becomes effective means that the updated policy applies to information collected and processed after that date, subject to applicable law.
