Self Care Hustler

Refund Policy

Because our products and membership resources are delivered digitally, purchases are generally final. This policy explains when support, replacement access, account correction, or a refund may be available.

Effective Date: August 3, 2026

Section 01

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made directly through SelfCareHustler.com , including downloadable products, templates, quote packs, caption packs, planners, workbooks, guides, graphics, educational resources, and access to The Vault.

Digital products are delivered electronically and may become accessible immediately after payment. Because digital content cannot be physically returned after it has been accessed, downloaded, copied, or delivered, purchases are generally final.

This policy is designed to protect both customers and the intellectual property contained within our digital products while still providing reasonable assistance for genuine billing, delivery, or technical problems.

Section 02

Digital Products Are Generally Final Sale

Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page or required by applicable law, all digital-product purchases are final and non-refundable once the product, file, template link, download link, customer-account access, or other digital delivery method has been provided.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Canva templates and template links
  • Quote, caption, affirmation, and prompt packs
  • Spreadsheets, CSV files, and bulk-create resources
  • Planners, workbooks, journals, and guides
  • eBooks, PDFs, checklists, and swipe files
  • Graphics, social-media posts, and downloadable images
  • Digital bundles and resource libraries
  • Membership or Vault content
  • Any other electronically delivered product

Please review the full product description before purchasing. Confirm that the product fits your needs and that you have the software, device, account, and technical ability needed to access or edit it.

Section 03

The Vault

Access to The Vault is a digital purchase. Once Vault access has been activated or the member has been given the ability to view, download, copy, or use Vault resources, the purchase is generally final and non-refundable.

Purchasing access to The Vault grants access according to the offer, description, pricing, and license terms displayed at the time of purchase. It does not transfer ownership of The Vault or its contents.

A refund will not normally be granted because:

  • You did not use or fully explore the library
  • You changed your business direction
  • You no longer need the resources
  • You expected a resource that was not promised in the offer
  • You already own a similar product from another source
  • You do not have time to use the products
  • You did not read the product or sales-page description
  • You do not have the software or account needed to edit a file
  • You misunderstood a feature that was accurately described
  • You purchased access for another person without authorization

Vault resources may be added, reorganized, revised, replaced, archived, or removed as described in our Terms and Conditions .

Section 04

Requests That Do Not Normally Qualify

A refund, exchange, cancellation, or credit will not normally be issued for:

  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • Failing to use, download, or complete the product
  • Purchasing the wrong product through customer error
  • Not reading the product description or license terms
  • Lacking Canva, WordPress, spreadsheet software, or another required tool
  • Disliking a design style that was shown or described before purchase
  • Expecting personal customization, coaching, consulting, or technical setup that was not included
  • Expecting guaranteed business, financial, engagement, audience, or sales results
  • A third-party platform changing its features, pricing, policies, or compatibility
  • A social-media platform restricting, removing, or declining content
  • Failure to check spam, junk, promotions, or filtered email folders
  • Failure to maintain a working email address or customer account
  • Loss of files after successful delivery when the customer failed to create a backup
  • Temporary website maintenance or a short service interruption
  • Account suspension caused by account sharing, unauthorized distribution, fraud, or violation of our Terms
Section 05

Possible Exceptions

Although digital purchases are generally final, we will review reasonable requests involving:

  • A verified duplicate charge for the same transaction
  • A payment collected after an order was cancelled by us
  • A product that was never delivered and cannot be restored
  • A broken, corrupted, or inaccessible file that we cannot repair or replace
  • A product materially different from the description displayed at the time of purchase
  • An unauthorized transaction supported by credible evidence
  • A refund expressly promised in writing by Self Care Hustler
  • A refund required by applicable consumer-protection law

Approval is not automatic. Each request is reviewed based on the transaction, product, delivery records, account activity, support history, and applicable law.

When an issue can reasonably be corrected through a replacement file, restored access, corrected link, account update, or technical assistance, we may provide that solution instead of issuing a refund.

Section 06

Technical and Access Support

A technical issue does not automatically make a purchase refundable. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct the problem.

Depending on the issue, we may:

  • Resend a download or access email
  • Restore access to a valid customer or member account
  • Replace a broken or corrupted file
  • Provide an updated link or alternate file format
  • Correct an account or order-assignment issue
  • Provide reasonable instructions for accessing the product
  • Confirm whether a third-party account or software tool is required

Support does not include custom design work, personal branding, software installation, third-party account setup, extensive technical training, or product customization unless those services were expressly included in the purchase.

Section 07

Duplicate Orders and Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us promptly with the email address used at checkout, the order number if available, the transaction date, and the amount charged.

After verifying a true duplicate charge, we may refund the duplicate payment to the original payment method.

Purchases of two different products, two orders placed separately, or purchases made through different customer accounts are not automatically considered duplicate charges.

Section 08

How to Submit a Request

Contact support@selfcarehustler.com with the subject line Refund Review Request.

Include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used for the purchase
  • Your order number or transaction identifier, if available
  • The name of the product or membership purchased
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Screenshots or error messages when relevant
  • The steps you have already taken to access or use the product

Requests should be submitted promptly after discovering a billing, delivery, or technical problem. Delayed requests may be more difficult to verify when access, transaction, or technical records are no longer readily available.

Section 09

How Requests Are Reviewed

We may review relevant records to determine whether a request qualifies, including:

  • Order and transaction information
  • Account and membership records
  • Login and access activity
  • Download or link-access records
  • Email-delivery records
  • Customer-support communications
  • The product description displayed at purchase
  • The license and terms accepted at checkout
  • Evidence of technical failure or duplicate billing

We may request additional information needed to verify the purchaser, identify the transaction, prevent fraud, or understand the problem.

When a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times after approval are controlled partly by the payment provider and financial institution.

Section 10

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve a legitimate problem.

Filing a chargeback does not cancel the copyright, license, confidentiality, or redistribution restrictions attached to the product.

While a payment dispute is pending, we may suspend access to the disputed product, customer account, membership, or Vault library.

We may provide the payment processor or financial institution with relevant records, including:

  • Order and checkout records
  • Product descriptions and policy disclosures
  • Account registration and login records
  • Digital delivery and download activity
  • Membership or Vault access activity
  • Email and support communications
  • Evidence of acceptance of applicable terms
  • Evidence of misuse, redistribution, or account sharing

Fraudulent, abusive, or intentionally misleading payment disputes may result in permanent account restriction and refusal of future purchases.

Section 11

Access After a Refund or Reversal

When a refund, reversal, chargeback, or payment cancellation is issued, your license and access to the affected product may end immediately.

You must stop using and delete all copies of the refunded product, including:

  • Downloaded files
  • Saved folders and backup copies
  • Copied Canva templates
  • Editable source files
  • Shared or cloud-stored copies
  • Files provided to employees, contractors, or clients

A refund does not authorize you to retain, use, publish, reproduce, sell, share, or distribute the refunded product.

Refund or reversal of a Vault purchase may result in termination of the associated membership and removal of access to the Vault library.

Section 12

Fraud and Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to deny a request, restrict an account, or refuse future service when we reasonably identify:

  • Repeated refund requests after accessing digital products
  • Downloading or copying content before requesting a refund
  • False claims of non-delivery
  • False claims of unauthorized payment
  • Account sharing or credential misuse
  • Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or copying
  • Manipulation of promotions, discounts, or checkout systems
  • Threats, harassment, coercion, or deceptive conduct
  • Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks

Nothing in this section limits legitimate rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.

Section 13

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to eliminate or restrict a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Refund, cancellation, or digital-content rights may vary depending on where you live. Where applicable law provides rights that conflict with this policy, the legally required rights will apply.

We may require reasonable proof of purchase, identity verification, and information necessary to evaluate a legally protected request.

Section 14

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes to our products, payment systems, business practices, or legal requirements.

Updated policies will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

The policy displayed at the time of purchase generally applies to that transaction, except where a later change is required by law, addresses fraud or misuse, or provides the customer with greater protection.

This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy .
