Self Care Hustler

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using Self Care Hustler, purchasing digital products, accessing The Vault, and using the content and resources made available through our website.

Effective Date: August 3, 2026

Section 01

Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of SelfCareHustler.com, including The Vault, customer accounts, membership areas, digital products, downloadable files, templates, educational resources, comments, and related services.

By visiting the website, creating an account, placing an order, accessing The Vault, downloading a product, or using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access, purchase from, or use the website or its products.

“Self Care Hustler,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Self Care Hustler Inc. “You” and “your” refer to the visitor, customer, purchaser, member, subscriber, commenter, or other user of our services.

Section 02

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our paid services or make a purchase.

If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may only use the website or purchase a product with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the website or our products where doing so would violate applicable law or regulation.

Section 03

Accounts & Login Security

Certain features, products, and areas of the website require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or maintaining an account.

Each customer or member account is intended for use by one individual unless we expressly approve a different arrangement in writing.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your username and password confidential
  • Restricting access to your account and devices
  • Ensuring that your account information remains accurate
  • All activity that occurs through your account
  • Notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access

Account sharing is prohibited. You may not share, sell, transfer, rent, sublicense, or provide your Vault login, customer account, download links, or access credentials to another person.

We may require a password reset, temporarily restrict access, or suspend an account when we reasonably believe it has been compromised, shared, misused, or used in violation of these Terms.

Section 04

Purchases & Payments

Prices, product descriptions, features, included materials, and payment options are displayed on the applicable product or checkout page.

By submitting an order, you authorize the payment provider presented during checkout to charge the payment method you provide for the stated purchase amount, including any applicable taxes or fees.

You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and payment information and to promptly update information that changes.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or review an order when we reasonably suspect:

  • Fraud or unauthorized payment activity
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • A technical or checkout error
  • Abuse of promotions, discounts, or account access
  • A violation of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will issue any refund required for the cancelled order.

Section 05

The Vault

The Vault is a digital resource library that may include quotes, captions, templates, planners, workbooks, guides, prompts, graphics, social-media resources, educational materials, and other digital assets.

The specific price, access structure, and included benefits are those displayed on the sales and checkout pages at the time you purchase.

One-time payment access

When The Vault is sold for a one-time payment, no recurring membership fee will be charged for that purchase unless you separately enroll in another recurring product or service.

A one-time payment grants access under the terms of the offer purchased. It does not transfer ownership of The Vault, its website, its files, its intellectual property, or any underlying source materials to you.

Library changes

The Vault is a curated and evolving digital library. We may add, revise, reorganize, replace, archive, or remove individual resources to improve quality, maintain platform compatibility, protect intellectual property, correct errors, or operate the service.

Unless a specific product page expressly promises otherwise, purchase of The Vault does not guarantee that every individual resource shown or available on one date will remain available permanently.

We do not guarantee that new products, specific categories, a fixed number of future additions, or any particular update schedule will continue indefinitely.

Access requirements

You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, internet connection, email address, browser, software, and any third-party account required to access, download, edit, or use a resource.

Section 06

Digital Product License

Self Care Hustler and its licensors retain all ownership, copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property rights in the website, products, designs, templates, files, branding, copy, graphics, videos, and other materials.

Purchasing or downloading a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that product according to these Terms and any product-specific license included with the download.

Permitted business use

Unless a product page or included license states otherwise, you may:

  • Use ready-to-post content on your own brand or business accounts
  • Customize permitted templates with your own branding, colors, fonts, images, and copy
  • Use captions, prompts, and written content to support your own marketing
  • Use completed designs and resources within your own business
  • Use permitted content for social posts, websites, emails, presentations, lead magnets, and marketing materials for your own brand
  • Create finished end products for your own audience when the product-specific license allows it

Client use

You may only use a product for a client when the applicable product description or included license expressly permits client use.

Client use does not allow you to transfer editable source files, resell the original template, distribute the underlying asset, or give the client independent resale rights unless we provide written permission.

Product-specific rules

Certain products may include a separate license, “Start Here” file, instruction sheet, or usage terms. Those product-specific terms are incorporated into these Terms.

When a product-specific license is more restrictive than these general terms, the product-specific license controls for that product.

Purchasing a digital product gives you permission to use it within the stated license. It does not give you ownership of the original content or permission to compete with Self Care Hustler by redistributing its source materials.

Section 07

Prohibited Uses

Unless we provide express written permission, you may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, gift, upload, or give away original or editable product files
  • Sell or distribute a product as a template, resource pack, bundle, membership asset, stock resource, or downloadable file
  • Share Vault login credentials, product links, Canva template links, folders, spreadsheets, ZIP files, or download URLs
  • Upload our products to another membership, course, marketplace, drive, group, website, software library, or digital-product platform
  • Claim authorship or ownership of the original product or design system
  • Remove copyright, trademark, license, watermark, or ownership notices when removal is prohibited
  • Convert our products into competing quote packs, caption packs, templates, planners, workbooks, prompt packs, or digital-product bundles
  • Use our source files to create products primarily intended for resale, sublicensing, redistribution, or mass download
  • Copy, scrape, harvest, index, or systematically download substantial portions of the website or Vault library
  • Use bots, scripts, automation, or other methods to bypass normal access or download controls
  • Use our materials to train, develop, fine-tune, populate, or build an artificial-intelligence model, dataset, content library, or competing system
  • Use the website or products for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, or infringing purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with the website, security systems, accounts, servers, or other users

Making minor edits—such as changing colors, fonts, images, spacing, or a few words—does not give you the right to resell or redistribute a product when resale or redistribution is otherwise prohibited.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate loss of access, account suspension, removal from The Vault, copyright-enforcement action, and pursuit of available legal remedies.

Section 08

Refunds, Cancellations & Chargebacks

Digital products and Vault access are delivered or made available electronically. Because digital content cannot be physically returned after access or delivery, purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly promised in writing.

Review product descriptions, included materials, compatibility information, pricing, and license terms before purchasing.

A change of mind, failure to use the product, lack of software, duplicate access through another customer, or misunderstanding of a clearly stated product feature does not automatically qualify for a refund.

If you experience a missing file, broken download, duplicate charge, or material technical issue, contact us so we can investigate and provide appropriate support.

Our complete policy is available at Refund Policy .

Chargebacks

Contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Filing a chargeback does not cancel the license restrictions attached to downloaded or accessed content. We may suspend account and product access while a payment dispute is pending.

We reserve the right to provide the payment processor with relevant order, account, access, download, communication, policy-acceptance, and transaction records when responding to a dispute.

Section 09

Digital Delivery & Downloads

Digital products may be delivered through an account dashboard, membership library, download page, email, cloud-storage link, Canva link, spreadsheet, ZIP file, PDF, or another electronic method described on the product page.

Delivery is considered complete when access or download information is made available through the stated delivery method.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing a correct and accessible email address
  • Checking spam, junk, promotions, and filtered email folders
  • Downloading and safely storing purchased files
  • Maintaining compatible software and devices
  • Following product instructions and included license terms
  • Backing up customized or downloaded materials

Contact support@selfcarehustler.com if you experience a legitimate delivery or access problem.

Section 10

Website & Product Availability

We work to maintain reliable website and product access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent operation.

Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, hosting issues, cybersecurity events, internet disruptions, software changes, third-party platform changes, legal requirements, events beyond our reasonable control, or discontinuation of a product or service.

We may modify the website, product formats, delivery systems, membership structure, navigation, features, or technical requirements when reasonably necessary.

When practical, we may provide instructions, alternative access, or replacement files for material changes affecting a current product. However, we do not guarantee compatibility with every future version of Canva, WordPress, social platforms, software, devices, or third-party tools.

Section 11

Business & Results Disclaimer

Self Care Hustler provides digital resources, ideas, templates, educational information, and creative tools. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, marketing, audience, engagement, sales, income, growth, productivity, wellness, or personal result.

Testimonials, examples, case studies, projections, sales language, and descriptions of possible uses illustrate experiences or potential applications. They are not promises that you will achieve the same result.

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your decisions, implementation, audience, market, offer, pricing, experience, skills, consistency, platform conditions, and business circumstances.

You are solely responsible for evaluating whether a product is appropriate for your needs and for the decisions, claims, offers, content, and business activities you create using it.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, therapeutic, or other regulated professional advice. Seek a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

Section 12

Third-Party Platforms & Tools

Products may be designed for use with or delivered through third-party platforms such as Canva, Google, WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, email providers, cloud-storage services, payment processors, or other software.

Those services are independently operated and governed by their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, account requirements, availability, and technical rules.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Self Care Hustler is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those third-party platforms.

We are not responsible for:

  • Third-party outages, account restrictions, suspensions, or closures
  • Changes to third-party pricing, features, policies, or compatibility
  • Loss of access caused by your third-party account or subscription
  • Content removal or platform enforcement decisions
  • Data loss occurring within a third-party service
  • External websites, advertisements, offers, or privacy practices

References to external products or platforms do not constitute a guarantee or endorsement.

Section 13

Comments, Reviews & Community Content

The website may allow you to submit comments, reviews, replies, testimonials, feedback, images, or other content.

You retain ownership of original content you submit. By submitting content to a public or promotional area of the website, you grant Self Care Hustler a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, moderate, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the website and services.

We will not intentionally present your words as a paid endorsement when they were not provided or authorized as one.

You represent that your submission:

  • Is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • Is created by you or properly authorized
  • Does not infringe another person’s rights
  • Does not contain confidential information you lack permission to disclose
  • Is not unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, deceptive, or malicious
  • Does not contain spam, malware, unauthorized advertising, or solicitation

We may moderate, decline, edit for formatting, restrict, or remove content at our discretion. We are not obligated to publish or retain any submission.

Section 15

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your website, product, or Vault access when we reasonably believe you have:

  • Shared an account or access credentials
  • Redistributed or resold protected content
  • Used automated tools to scrape or mass-download resources
  • Committed fraud or payment abuse
  • Filed a fraudulent or abusive payment dispute
  • Threatened the security or operation of the website
  • Harassed users, staff, contractors, or community participants
  • Violated these Terms, a product license, or applicable law

Access may be restricted immediately when necessary to protect our systems, intellectual property, customers, or legal rights.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations, license restrictions, ownership rights, confidentiality duties, liability limitations, indemnification obligations, or other provisions that reasonably survive termination.

Section 16

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, The Vault, digital products, downloads, information, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not make warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free website access
  • Compatibility with every device, browser, platform, or software version
  • The completeness, accuracy, suitability, or continued availability of every resource
  • The achievement of any business, financial, marketing, wellness, or personal result
  • The correction of every error or technical issue
  • The absence of harmful components outside our reasonable control

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, exclusions apply only to the extent legally permitted.

Section 17

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Self Care Hustler and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to:

  • Your use of or inability to use the website or products
  • Loss of revenue, profits, customers, opportunities, goodwill, or data
  • Business decisions or content created using our resources
  • Unauthorized account access outside our reasonable control
  • Third-party platforms, links, software, or services
  • Website interruption, product incompatibility, or data loss
  • Your violation of a law, platform policy, or third-party right

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for a claim related to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Self Care Hustler for the product giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Section 18

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Self Care Hustler and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms or a product license
  • Your misuse, resale, redistribution, or unauthorized sharing of a product
  • Your business, marketing, offers, claims, or customer relationships
  • Your submitted content or materials
  • Your infringement of intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
  • Your violation of law or third-party platform requirements
Section 19

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.

Unless applicable law requires another location, legal proceedings arising from these Terms or your use of the website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Texas.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking appropriate temporary or emergency relief to protect intellectual property, confidential information, account security, or other legal rights.

Section 20

General Provisions

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy .

Entire agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, product descriptions, checkout terms, and any product-specific license form the complete agreement between you and Self Care Hustler regarding the applicable website use or purchase.

Order of priority

If terms conflict, a product-specific written license controls the use of that product, while these Terms continue to govern general website, account, payment, and service use.

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

No waiver

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your account, purchase, license, or rights under these Terms without our written permission. We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a business reorganization, acquisition, sale, or transfer.

Headings

Section headings are provided for convenience and do not limit the meaning of these Terms.

Section 21

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our products, services, technology, business practices, or legal obligations.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, account area, or email when appropriate.

Changes do not retroactively remove rights already granted under a completed product purchase unless required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, security, infringement, or unlawful conduct.

Your continued use of the website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Section 22
